St. John's Wort is a well-investigated herb used for many medicinal purposes. Its leaves and petals contain translucent dots and peppered spots of essential oils which can be used as a homeopathic supplement (minute doses of drugs, healing by exposure). Additionally, its dried parts can be made into a tea that also treats and cures illnesses.
