- 475 mL Parmesan cheese
- 300 mL frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 can (420 mL) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 160 mL sour cream
- 240 mL cream cheese
- 80 mL mayonnaise
- 10 mL garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 648.15˚K
2. Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts
3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes
5. Serve with crackers, toast or chips
